I have driven the X3 quite a couple of times and I can say for sure that this SUV is not that good for city driving. The vehicle feels very difficult to manoeuvre through traffic as the steering feels very heavy. However, on the performance front, the X3 scores good marks as it is very dependable, even when loaded to capacity. The transmission unit is astounding as it is able to flawlessly ensure smooth gearshifts without any lag. The car drives well over rough roads too, thanks to its ground clearance.
