Really enjoy the XC90 as our family flagship, but the Google-based infotainment system froze completely on me once and needed a trip to the dealer for a proper reset, a frustrating hour lost on an otherwise excellent ownership experience so far.

Third row is actually usable for adults, unlike most rivals
