Cerato is available in 8 different colors - Black, Blue Metallic, Red, Harlon Blue, Platinum Graphic, Silky Silver, Snow White Pearl and Steel Grey.
One of the most popular and high selling sedans from Kia’s portfolio all over the world, Kia Cerato is also the most affordable vehicle from Kia in Singapore. The Kia Cerato starts at a price of $80,999, with three variants on offer – L, EX, and GT Line. The paint schemes on offer for the Kia Cerato are Snow White Pearl, Silky Silver, Steel Grey, Platinum Graphite, Horizon Blue, Gravity Blue, Aurora Black Pearl, and Runway Red.
The Kia Cerato amazes onlookers with its modern cabin, which reflects all the latest trends of in-car designing and equipment, some of which are first in the segment to which it belongs.
The Kia Cerato gets a flat bottom multi-functional steering wheel, which it shares with the Kia Seltos, and also gets an instrument console with simple fonts for the regular looking analog dials as well as a comprehensive MID in between. A sleek silver line flowing across the width of the dashboard makes the all-black dashboard look very premium.
The silver line divides the dashboard into two layers. The upper layer of this dashboard has a trapezoidal-shaped free mounted touchscreen infotainment system along with a slew of buttons placed just below it. Whereas, the lower layer of the dashboard has trapezoidal AC vents and a panel for the automatic climate control positioned below them.
When it comes to comfort and convenience features, the Kia Cerato is leading the pack in midsize sedans, with the car getting amenities like touchscreen infotainment system with Apple Carplay and Android Auto, cruise control, push-button start with keyless entry, wireless charging, powered driver’s seat, heated and ventilated front seats, leather upholstery, rear AC vents, electric sunroof, dual-zone automatic climate control, and paddle shifters. However, for its size and big wheelbase, the rear seat space could have been slightly better.
The Kia Cerato is not too exuberant or outlandish when it comes to design. However, the simplicity of the Kia Cerato definitely makes it look subtle and premium.
At the front, the Kia Cerato gets the traditional Kia’s tiger-nose grille, which is slightly rounded from the outer edges. The chrome bordering around the grille does give the Cerato a premium looking front fascia. The sedan gets sweptback headlamps which are stretched quite long, and for good illumination, it gets projectors in them.
The fog lamps are uniquely placed in the inner corners of the lower air dam. Along with this, there are horizontally laid turn indicators placed on the outer corners of the bumper, positioned just above the large air dams.
The Kia Cerato looks quite simple and sober when considered from the sides. While it lacks any typical prominent character lines or curves, the slightly rounded roofline and rounded wheel arches with sporty alloy wheels make up for it.
At the back, the Kia Cerato has a quite pronounced stance, which looks only enhanced by the presence of long LED tail lamps. These are shaped in a trapezoidal manner, flowing outwards with rounded edges on its outer corners.
The top-spec GT line variant gets few styling add-ons like side skirts, rear diffuser, rear boot lip spoiler, chrome-tipped exhaust, LED projectors, smart welcome lights, and red accents on all-black front grille.
The Kia Cerato delivers a great balance of sporty driving and comfort on offer, something which is only enhanced by the three different driving modes on offer – normal, eco, and sport. These modes do help the Cerato in switching between various kinds of driving situations.
Powering the Kia Cerato is a 1.6-litre four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine, which is coupled to a 6-speed automatic transmission as the only gearbox option. The engine here belts out a maximum power output of 128 PS and a peak torque output of 155 Nm.
The Kia Cerato gets a comprehensive list of safety features, which include front, side, and curtain airbags, ABS with EBD, front and rear parking sensors, emergency stop signal, vehicle stability management, reverse camera, hill start assist and electronic stability control.
The Kia Cerato is slightly short on visual drama, however, the balance of sportiness and elegance is what makes it a good looking car. Apart from that, a powerful engine, an extensive list of features, and a good balance of ride and handling make the Cerato a desirable car for its price.
Having clocked over 10,000km on the Kia Cerato, I can easily assure you that this South Korean sedan will not disappoint you in any aspect. Be it the appearance, modern-day features, or performance, the Cerato does well in all departments. The only downside, according to me, is the limited space in the rear row. Other than that, I am yet

I am a little disappointed since I have bought a Kia Cerato. I expected a bit more dynamism out of this small vehicle like many of its competitors. But the car lags behind slightly in that respect. But for day-to-day riding purposes in and around the town, this is an unparalleled option. Even I am happy with its open road
Many of my friends often say that small car’s popularity is diminishing day by day. But I believe the same theory is not applicable for Kia Cerato as yet. I got to know from some that they have come up with their upgraded facelifted version and that is still much in the hype. The car’s exterior looks can easily dazzle
I got this as a present for my wife about a year ago, and it has been driven for almost 9000 miles. It sure gives you a smooth ride thanks to its powerful 1200 hp engine. The interior went beyond my expectations in terms of comfort and space. It can sometimes be noisy, and the transmission is a bit rough
Kia is known for manufacturing affordable and quality cars. The Cerato is no exception as this model performs exceptionally in terms of vehicle performance. The 1591cc engine puts out enough power for you to take this car wherever you would like. The ride quality is also smooth and it drives really well on city streets even in heavy traffic. The
This Kia Cerato is a big car. If you want to travel in a spacious car which has a roomy cabin, then this one is for you. Also, it has sporty looks and the ventilated seats are a really great feature at this price point. Despite its size, the Cerato offers nice handling and has a small turning radius. This
I never doubted the capabilities of Kia Cerato when it comes to performance. In fact, I already had a good experience with this car even before buying it as my friend owned it. I was convinced that this car is better than most sedans available at this price, the design and performance were the important factors. At 126 hp, this
As my 24-year-old son got his driving license, I decided to get him the Kia Cerato as his first car. Since I got him this car, he has been so happy that he keeps on praising it, even after using it for three months. Kia has a modern cabin with the latest in-car designs and equipment, probably some of which
This Kia Cerato is one of the best options in the market and is a hot favourite due to its looks. So, when I had to buy a Sedan for my family I bought it as it is fuel-efficient. This Kia Cerato looks excellent in terms of design. The engine is powerful as well. Cerato is certainly the best creation
