‘Quarantine’ has been one of our closest mates for over a year now. Restricting us inside our houses, the word of the day has left us with no other option but either to reconnect with our old friends, finally settle the household mess, or be couch potatoes all day long. Being a car enthusiast, we’re quite certain that it’s a real challenge to stay away from the four-wheeled world we call our second home. However, thanks to the internet and the several auto shows around multiple OTT platforms, we can make up for some of the missed cravings.

Even though it might not be appealing as it would’ve done physically, we can still satisfy all our cravings virtually.

One of the most engaging shows that you’ll find on A has been running since 2018 and claims its place as one of the first runs to be centered around cars. The USP of the show revolves around cars and drivers where they’re put under the spotlight.

A show tagged as Netflix original, making it exclusive to the platform. The show has a unique concept as it revolves around a custom shop named Gotham Garage around Temecula, California. The custom shop earns its reputation for running alchemy, allowing them to turn rust into gold!

The gist of the show begins with hosts opting to buy off scrape cars with an initial investment of USD 1,000. It’s a game of gamble and luck where they expect their investments to rust bucket and attempt to turn their initial investment into a 6-digit final payoff. The sequence is set around trades, sales, and customization.

The Road to Love

Okay, here comes another Netflix show with a dose of cars, love, drama, and emotions. The Road to Love show is a story that revolves around a family of macho truck drivers who call themselves the Bricenos. The story begins when Chiqu, the youngest member of their family, gets pregnant at 16-years old.

Later she is thrown out by the family but she fights and strives to win back her father's beloved semi from a loan shark. To sum it up, the show is a blend of drama and love which can be watched with your friends and the other half as well.

Hyperdrive

As the name suggests, the show is all about adrenaline! This show is different as it revolves around 28 drivers who need to prove their skills in a 100-acre facility. The area is filled with obstacle courses of several types. I

Drivers in this show have to go through immense challenges. The show is 10 episodes long and runs at intervals of 44-51 minutes.

Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee

As the title suggests, the last show on our list is more about comedians enjoying a ride, sipping on their coffee. The car revolves more around light-hearted comedy than cars.
