Lamborghini Sian FKP 37 turns into a life-size Lego supercar

Lamborghini and Lego came together to introduce us to their latest creation, the life-size Lamborghini Sian FKP 37. The car is well-placed and developed with over 400,000-pieces of lego blocks. This version of the limited-edition sports car, in 1:1 scale, surprisingly retains all the elements of the original car.

The builders at Lego and Lamborghini have done an impressive job at mimicking the exact look of the car, so much so, that they also managed to pull off the clean, aggressive look of the car. The life-sized model includes a total of 154 different types of Lego elements, including 20 specific elements that were engineered, specifically to develop this 1:1 scaled Sian FKP 37.

Looking at the car, we can only say that the collaboration has resulted in neat work, bringing out precision and accuracy to detail. No, it’s only about the clear and edgy design that has been replicated like the original. The Lego FKP 37 also showcases similar dimensions to the original. The car stands at 4,980 mm in length, 2,101 mm in width, and 1,133 mm in height.

The car was developed by a team of 15 people that were responsible for bringing the project to life. The Sian was assembled over 8,660 hours. One of the most alluring features of this replica is that the team of genius builders was even able to replicate all the elements of lighting with the Lego Technic parts.

Inside, the highlights of the Lego Sian include a steering wheel that is built from brick, the Lamborghini emblem, and an Italian flag can also be seen around the specifically constructed dashboard.

Talking of the final product, Lego’s senior VP of product and marketing, Lena Dixen exclaimed that “Our designers love a challenge, so you can imagine their delight when we tasked them to think slightly larger than normal with this model”.
